its all good u guys feeling sorry for this paki but what about the millions of Iraqi that have been killed! surely their families suffered more..no one really seems to care about them n as soon as one paki gets captured ure all posting ure comments about how its not right ure forgetting all these iraqis are also muslims!
The Pakistani hostage is talking about his ordeal. It's terrible. :( I hope he is able to get some counselling for what he is going through and for what he witnessed.
**'I asked for one last prayer'
Amjad Hafeez, the Pakistani driver freed by Iraqi hostage-takers last week, has been recalling his ordeal on arrival back in Pakistan. There is no independent confirmation of his claim that three other captives were beheaded in front of him.
The following is what he told the BBC's Urdu service by telephone. **
"I was working in Iraq for a year. On 25 June, I was driving towards another camp in Nasariyah when four cars surrounded me and I was abducted at gunpoint.
I was injected and I fell unconscious.
I was taken to a desert area with my hands and legs tied up and I was thrown into a ditch.
The masked captives asked me whether I was a CIA agent. And then they said they would film me and show me on TV and finally behead me.
I begged before them that I was not an American agent but they started beating me and told me to shut up.
Fate discussed
They took me to a room. I haven't seen such a room which had no air or electricity. They kept beating me for three days.
On the fourth day the captives came and told me that they would behead me. I urged them to allow me to pray for the last time.
On this they asked me recite the prayer in front of them and after that they took me to another room.
They beheaded three people in front of me in that room.
Two of them were English-speaking and one was Iraqi. I did not see their faces.
After the beheadings they kept discussing between them whether they should behead me or not. I don't know why they left me.
I can recognise the faces of my kidnappers.
They were young men like me. But I don't know who were the people who were my captives and from which group they belonged.
The only thing they told me was that they were mujahideen.
The people who were beheaded - their hands and legs were tied and one fat guy came and beheaded all three of them one by one after saying Allah-o-Akbar [God is Great].
The beheadings took place around 10 at night.
The bodies were later thrown in a grey Kia car and taken away."
