That's what happens when you get Army officers more concerned with how much land and money they can make, rather than professional military matters.
Well rehearsed military parades do not hide the fact that Pak Army has become more and more non-professional.
They can't even beat a bunch of tribals in their own country, how the hell would they beat an Indian invasion?!
