im not married but my brothers have these annoying habits:
-leaving wet towels and their dirty clothes in the corner of the bathroom
-throwing their dirty clothes on my bed
-trimming hair over the sink and leaving it there....i always have to run to the bathroom when people come over bc i don't know if there's nasty hair everywhere
-not rinsing out their razors...so there's hair filled razors next to my toothbrush..BLECH
-never ever washing their own dishes...i refused to do dishes for a week cuz it was getting so annoying (i was washing dishes in the morning, after school, after dinner, and before sleep) and my dad ended up washing their dishes.
-leaving bowls of food on the living room sofa (not even the table), like im their maid to pick it up
-if i say nicely, "hey guys, can you at least bring your dishes to the sink" they either ignore me or act like they did me a big favor. and i told my bro he's gonna need to learn household skills for when he moves out, but he said he's just gonna get married. GRRRR!!! i hope i never get brats like them!! and what sucks is there's no way to know if my hubby is actually going to be hygienic and fair about sharing duties.

^ Men are strange animals with bizarre habits. When you get married, make sure you train any bad habits OUT from the start, otherwise its too late....

RupayHalwa: It's REALLY hard to train these bad habits because they've been doing this stuff their whole life before you came, and no one says anything to them. I figured I'd just walk behind him all the time (literally) and just pick up after him and put stuff away he throws on the ground, or clean the sink while he's shaving then MAYBE he'd get the hint.. I tried, it didn't :s I have to train this kid, whilst getting ready to have our OWN kid ! I don't know if I can handle 2 of them !!!

Meena, thats WRONG bcos as soon as you follow picking up the pieces, he knows that he can carry on the bad habits bcos you will be there to pick up. (I made the mistake of clearing up the socks, they magically disappeared). Thats why I say nip it in the bud RIGHT AT THE BEGINNING. Hopefully your man should change his ways when your bubs is born, bcos you will of course be too tired to lift a finger and husband will be responsible for everything in the first few days... ;)

*dirty socks all over the place...and then whingeing when he can't find a matching pair....aaah
*leaving his shoes in the middle of the living room...so i can trip over them
*wet towels on the bed
*hangers...he takes the clothes out of the wardrobe but can't put the hangers back
*not getting ready on time...and they say women are bad
*delaying a family outing by spending hours burning CD's and then checking the oil etc in the car...get a move on
* he doesnt snore but he moves around in his sleep...nearly knocked me out when i was pregnant...since then he's been kicked out of the bed...lol....i can sleep in peace

No partner/husband but yes a Bhai! He uses the laptop in the bathroom, he leaves newspapers there too.. he has a habbit of waking-up at 6am on weekends and expecting us all to be up too! Buying 40 socks that ALL look the same and expect me to pair them up when i'm working! ( I need a magnifying glass and lots of sunlight for that)
Asking for coffee when i've just brought a tray up for everyone and he's said "no" to 5 mins earlier..
You know what to get him for his next birthday then…
He has a laptop that has "washroom" written on it with whiteout! And NO RH that mean's another 40 mins in the loo... thank God I have my own now!
He tries to convince me that the wireless internet was *made *for the washroom..! Jahil!

I hardly get to see him :( he's always in some gorgeous city, globe-trotter hmmpff!
