The Power of Now - Eckhart Tolle

on one hand i’m such a skeptic and want to label his concept of happiness as glorified denial and irresponsible, on the other hand i’m extremely curious if this is actually what being happy is. so annoying. i like the idea of calming the mind of random and negative thoughts, and making the mind work for you than vice versa. anyone else read this or any of his other books and have an opinion?

started reading this. makes you realize a lot about yourself. IT’S HARD TO STAY IN THE NOW. because its uncomfortable.

overall, i like it.
