what is wrong with heavy desi accent ? It is related to the geography of the area , they did not learn English from natives of England and US , they learned English in School form desi teachers , accent can only be learned/picked up from native speaker of a language.
I can relate to stalking habits bit of your rant against desi men. Since the women in desh are protected and do not interact with men so freely therefore these guys become women starved and behave the way they do around women.
