Man i dont get this. Whats up with these low low low scoring test matches these days. First SL and WI.. and now Aus and England. Are the bowlers too good or the batsmen too tired?

Actually its the pitches. Lords one was surprisingly menacing yesterday and today WI-SL one was one with low bounce and swing. Cloud cover helped too combined with stupid strokes.
