Yaar, you have to realize these are girls from a village. For most people living in Pakistan and India, being married is a huge relief and accomplishment. Obviously they have been treated like freaks, the first source of acceptance is probably going to be as good as it gets, unfortunately.
Also, the fears are probably fears of being continuous rejection as opposed to being single. I’m sure being married is the least of their concerns.
