FF - Here is the list of tasks I want you to accomplish FAST:

Visit Mod forum and read Faisal's thread on how to moderate. Read thoroughly as my quiz is a toughie.

Also, start using the pull down (no not that, the Thread Menu) and get used to using it.

After you have done the two tasks above, schedule a one-on-one with me. My calendar is kinda tight but I can accomodate you in January of 2006.

We also need to set Objectives and Targets for you to achieve.

So what is FF’s real name. When I first started talking to her she told me that till we know each other better we should address each other with last names and gave me her name as Mehr Jan. After her ADGSKS interview I am not sure if that was her real name , shukar hae now we are at first name terms.

“laal” is often used for kids by parents (usually moms).
