oh bhai, in any given country no 10-20 companies jump at the same time to test out how the market is, besides there was Instaphone and Paktel. With passage of time, political stability investors realized the potential and hence more companies popped up. All the per min call charges have nothing to do with any reform by govt, all charges are based on what companies can afford now due to larger demand.
8-inch antenna technology has nothing to do with Musharraf or Nawaz or Benazir. Things evolve with technology, hence antenna shortened enough and now it has almost disappeared in the device itself.
