Re: Weirdest thing that you ever ate

^ Speaking of monkey brains, anyone remember the scene from Indiana Jones and the Temple of DooM?

Re: Weirdest thing that you ever ate

^lolz....i remember that but there wasn't this song in the background......i think it adds to it...lol

Re: Weirdest thing that you ever ate

actually the soup looks really good...if you didnt know what it actually was.

so indirectly you are saying.. you tried it alright.. hmmmm :lajawab:

umm i think that’s lo-mein, actually looks pretty good. As far as I know Chow Mein is usually veggies/shrimp chicken that’s steamed and it comes in a translucent white sauce…which may just be chicken stock with corn starch…and very bland…served with the crackers…etc
it doesnt taste good but it does not taste bad either…just very bland

I LOVE calamari deep fried with marinara or a remoulade sauce...yummy!

Re: Weirdest thing that you ever ate

crispy frog legs.. :hinna: At a company x-mas dinner. they can easily be mistaken for chicken wings, I tell ya :barbie:

Re: Weirdest thing that you ever ate

Frog legs :smack:

That got to be a huge frog whose legs are thick enough to be like chicken wing

Re: Weirdest thing that you ever ate

^^ i have operated on one...they are called "bull frog"

hehe

Re: Weirdest thing that you ever ate

i just had the nastiest fried fish. does that count?

Apparently at Lowes Foods which is a grocery store here they get those frog legs once in a while as I see a hand written sign sometimes announcing availability of those frog legs. I will ask them to show me those on my next visit.

Here you go.
