Diet plan doesn’t mean starving yourself, a proper diet shouldn’t affect your milk supply. Just eat in smaller portions… cut down on fatty & unhealthy food and continue breastfeeding (it does help a lot with weight loss but slowly). Also try to get some exercise (maybe go for a walk daily with the baby in a stroller if its not too cold where you live or do some exercises at home) or best of all, join a gym if someone can watch your baby for 45 minutes or so.

I really tried to fit in a 30 mins walk into my day but that unfortunately does not always work cuz at times i feel so low then the weather is too cold to take the baby outside and sometimes i am just lazy ..
but i guess i have no choice …
