weight loss in ramzan

I have my BMI at 25. I am really worried now. I want my weight to lower down. I dont have parathas in sehri just 1-1.5 simple roti and pheniyan.

At aftar, the only big calories intake item i have are the the pakoras and packed juices. I dont see myself eating anything else wrong because i am not having samosas. I only have dahi bhalay, fruit chaat, or any other not-so-heavy item at aftari. Normally my calorie intake in ramzan is 1200 - 1300 calories. I dont have any physical activity, as my work demands sitting for some 9-10 hours even in ramzan.

At the start of ramzan my weight was 64kg and now it has gone to 65kg, is it due to a different scale or really we can gain weight even after 15 hours of roza? :cryb:
