Curious another thig you could do to intensify your workouts; instead of doing cardio for a longer time period do more intense cardio. Get yourself a heart rate monitor and calculate your cardio heart rate and anaerobic heart rate ( you can type it into google). When you do interval training you want to spend the majority of your time in a cardio zone and a short burst in the anaerobic zone. I do 2 mins cardio 1 min intense. Based on your fitness u can do 3:1 or whatever ratio works. But for that 1 min or 30 secs or whatever your heart rate should go right up into your anaerobic zone. You can do interval training on any cardio equipment

You also need to be doing weight training at least 3 times a week. Building muscle in your problem areas will also help burn the fat along with the cardio and building a toned body will help you in keepin the fat off in the future as well.

Lastly you need to have a balancedand nutritious diet specifically for belly fat you are never going to burn it off if you eat unhealthy food. Make sure you're getting enough calories for your nutrition but you need to stay away from excess bad calories ie chips, cakes, candy, etc.

Have yiu looked into the p90x it's a very intense workout but incredibly successful. People I know who have done it have seen some pretty incredible results. However, you need to make sure you're fit enough to do it because it's fairly advanced.

Well i know a steroid called Testiviron it is for increasing Testosterone levels

dude workout hy koi khana-puri naheen.... kuch zoor lagaea karo..
and start going into weight section. Play with weights, learn them.
Play with all those pully-machines. You will get toned.
But start...

and for me the arms are tough too b/c i do not want to become muscular there but just make it less of a problem area so i have a 5 pound weight that i use for the arms while on the treadmill.
exercise helps to keep my spirits up so it’s not just to keep fit for me.
