I have lost 4kilos, 3 during Ramdhan and one more since Eid, got weighed today.

I got weighed today and i hav put on 1lb in two weeks, really disappointed :( and i honestly thought i'd lost weight coz im watching wat im eating and exercising alot more :( i think im reaching a plateau after losing all the weight, but i've still got more to loseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh :'( dn't understand how i've managed to put on weight and not lose it :\ anyone hav any ideas??? sheyn ?????

***Missy if ur reaching a plateau then its time to re-evaluate your eating habits. Increase the number of meals upto 5-6 meals per day and pump up the exercise. Try a differnt form and intensity of exercise then what you've been doing !
