^There won’t be any conflict. Both bridal parties have been hiring there own photographers for eons. Atleast, I haven’t seen any fights among photographers at any wedding.

I think you are getting the best of both worlds here. Your album would InshAllah! be a mix of traditional shots as well as photojournalistic ones.

You need to look around, though, there are many photographers in Pakistan as well who do international quality work.

TBH it’s a matter of trust, I trust my photographer to do quality work, I don’t trust a random in Pakistan to.

Here most photographers expect to be the only photographer at the wedding and also expect to be the “main” photographer meaning all the attention is towards their camera only and they can do as they please, of course if a guest is in the way of the photographer then they’re expected to move, it’s when the 2 photographers are competing for a shot, or competing for the attention of the visitors, there will be an issue.

When taking a group shot, will each photographer get a turn? Will they compete for the attention, this is more difficult when neither photographer as met each other or share a common language, generally what you may end up with is 2 sets of OK photos instead of one set of excellent photos.

I am thinking of just setting for a set of pakistani standard photos for the wedding and then having a photoshoot once we get back to a decent standard.
