Try Sky color lab in liberty next to the HKB building. They are really good and did event coverage for my nikkah and the video. I am not sure of their rates but you can call them and ask.

The prices are as follows (for not more than 5 hrs of consecutive coverage per day).

1- Preferred option: Event coverage by assistant: Rs 25,000 per day - (100 pics in an pasting album 5x7 size)
Hi res cd of all shots of the day (250-300) included.
2- I prefer not to cover events anymore. However, if I have to then signature event coverage by me is Rs 50,000 per day, (100 pics in pasting album 5x7 size)

3- One hour long bridal or couple shoot on location/studio by Irfan Ahson - Rs 40,000 (35 portraits in which 20 are enlargements of 12 x 8 ...rest are 5 x 7 in a pasting album ).

I got married in January in Lahore and my photographer did a great job..although he isnt well known but trust me if you see his work you will be fully satisfied..he would come to your place and would discuss everything..he even hired a lady photgrapher for me as well for the ladies section(we have separate weddings) He made 2 photo albums for Wedding and Walima(nice velvet albums) and another huge one for the photoshoot..and made some HD-Dvds with our wedding picture printed on it..Every single person who saw it loved it asked for him..If you need his detail..pm me!
Oh and yess..he is very good at pricing too..i paid him around 40k for both days and for everything what photographer has to do! and his pricings are even nagotiable..maybe he woulld be able to do it in less than 40k cuz i asked for so many DVDs and got other stuff from him aswell..im sure he would be able to do it in 15k per day!!!...hope i helped :)
