Pearl continental’s marquee hall is just beautiful, perfect place for barat and for mehndi i would suggest u to hire a wedding planner, they could find u best place
Royal palm country club is also the best one for wedding day :k:
Hi, i am getting married in decemember. Can anyone please advice how cold it is in december in pakistan as i want a marquee for the wedding day or is that a bad idea?
please suggest any ideas for mehndi and wedding venues
well not tat cold...i mean it;ll be real chilly sometimes not necessary...but for wedding its the best time.......there are diff venue to choose from like qaser-e-noor....PC...Palki...best for all tat really looks amazing is tent..and do lighting /decoration in/on it of ur own choice in a big ground........
hello. december is not too cold. during the day its fine up to 80 but at nite it does get cold so if u plan to do things at nite....u need a jacket in case...but as long as ur inside it doenst matter u will be fine.
in lahore...pc is nice....ppl think holiday inn is nice but i think its ugly....i did mine at leaders inn...i loved it ...its gorgeous!! looks like an american hotel! love love love it!

I hope it all goes gud.

my frst function was at PC but there meal is bakwaas...unchi dukkan, oheeka pakwan.
my brother's function was at Holiday inn....meal was better.
i also attended a nction at avari it was also gud.
at other hand...with my personal experiences in Qazafi....qasar-e zouk.
sapphire....
What about reception at the pool side, holiday inn or avari? Anyone with personal experience / information about decoration / food / expense?
i wanted my wedding to be at a hotel, but i was told that hotels dont have good repuation regarding food.
i had dinner at pc and food was so bad and i never went back to pc
My nikkah was in PC, & they charged almost Rs900+some tax etc so it wouldbe like Rs.1000 per head, & they have different menus & u have to choose one, like one is with mutton biyani+chicken qorma, kabas etc & one is chicken biryani+mutton qorma etc.... can't remeber all the packages. but they all charge the same, for the stage deco they will show u an album (pics) of different floral decorations & u have to select one, they range from Rs.3000 to Rs.9000 I guess..
when I was in pakistan I had heard alot about Sapphire hotel, its getting very famous day by day, not sure abt the prices though ( i think between Rs600-700), Mughal-e-azam is veryyyyyyy Beautiful hall (have seen just from outside though :D), its in Qilla shape but its abit conjusted i think! Diwan-e-khaas has many halls & they r best for the Mehndi etc, another fav is Qasr-e-noor situated right on the road & has Beautiful building, Royal Palm club charges Rs.900+tax, Defence community center is Goverment's hall with quite low charges but i dont like its hall ,its too simple, another nice hall is Services club (love its hall map) but u need some Army vasta for it :P:,
there r many old threads regards halls in LHR, just check the old pages.
i will go home and go through pic to find any. but it was great. if u are in lahore just go and visit.
when i got married, there were food restrictions as well. we were concerned but they did served food. we had 20+ dishes.
they can accomdate alot, dont know exact fingure but i remember we had so many people. they can accomdate or can make adjustments if needed with the space.
but they are great.
one of my cousin is getting married there are well in december. but you will have to book at least 6-7 months in advance. they are always booked out
