sometimes it is but it doesnt have to be...he could have used better dye or better fabric and it wouldnt have happened...
the truth is he used either inferior fabric or inferior dye and of course when you ask him he's gonna be like it's normal ...it's not tell him to use better dye or fabric because you know for sure this doesnt have to happen
