What I understand is that Daraz team is quite reliable. I’ve personally seen their dispatch riders/delivery boys here in Rawalpindi while they are based in Karachi.
But it’s an educated guess that they don’t own or stock most of the merchandise they are advertising. It’s basically a marketplace for other sellers to sell on Daraz.
Daraz, at least in some of the cases, just pick up the stuff from the sellers and deliver to the customers.** There may be stuff that they own and sell themselves.**
I’ll also be applying for a shop space on their on their website once I get my facebook page going a little.
So, reliable? yes I think they are!
They have a policy of stocking the merchandise they advertise on their website. It is a marketplace with a warehouse. They don’t really own any brand themselves.
