yup, I had my nikkah at the end of december 2008 and it was very foggy. it was really delayed as it took most of the guests ages to arrive with all the fog. it was also freezing.
day time outside is not too bad because of the sun. inside we would still have the heater on from the afternoon onwards. it starts to become really cold as soon as the sun starts setting though. 2008 had some really cold, foggy periods but overall 2007 was much colder - temps went down to -2C at night!
