Good! It looks weird when people are dressed in corporate attires and have piercing all over the face.It's hard to imagine them as professionals(yes, that is my bias).

Reading this actually reminds me that in some state they now also fine for wearing your jeans all the way down on your shoes, is that correct?

yes both piercing and tatoos on visible body parts look unprofessional.
