Misbah is not a good captain but he is a good player. I was watching New Zealand Highlights from Dec 2014 match where Afridi was a captain. Misbah is a silent guy and doesn’t know how to motivate his team. All he does is blame them instead of pushing them to perform well and create strategies to succeed and pay attention to fielding. I have never seen him guide anyone.

This is the type of team effort we need. Some might argue that Afridi’s performance is based on luck (he holds many record) BUT he is an AWESOME captain and knows how to push rest of the team and have them work hard.

Pakistan won toss against West Indies, should have bat first instead of fielding. I don’t know why Misbah is so scared to bat first? We could have win if we were not fielding. I hate the strategy they are using. It is not working for us. Our team is really good but we are failing because there is no TEAM, DETERMINATION, AND PATRIOTISM in our captain. He only cares about his individual scores.

Afridi’s record as captain is horrible.
