But aren’t political parties a reality of at least a large portion of our society that is racist? Take away the rigging and all parties have a “core” vote bank that doesn’t penalize them.

Racist political parties are just like Taliban, they have “presence”, they have “support” in the awaam but that does not mean they are “majority” or big representative of nation.
