Hi
everybody is judged by results. If our own people can show good results then they are good otherwise bad. same holds for foreign coach.
india hired ajit wadekar, anshuman gayakwad, kapildev.
similarly pak hired midada and some others.
so my point is that everybody wants result.
(Also one must try to use the lates technology and techniques.)
