hard wax is used for the uh, inner part mainly, but yes it does cause less pain. and you have to make sure you let it sit there for a minute or so before you take it off, and make sure its nice and hot before you put it on. also, you have to layer it a little, unlike regular wax which you have to use very thin layers.
the beauty of hard wax is that no strips are required, unlike regular wax. you will just need tweezers to take it off a bit, enough for you to grab it pull it off
