The only water-proof makeup u need is eye makeup such as liner/kajal and mascara.. u don't need waterproof foundation etc..
A fixing/setting spray "sets" u're makeup and makes it last longer.. unless u plan on getting drenched on u're wedding, waterproof makeup isn't required!

sephora's waterproof eye pencils are fabulous.
creamy and easy to apply, AND the best part is they dont melt!

The reason for wanting waterproof make-up is beacuse i think i will cry alot during Rukhsati

I use Estee Lauder's smudge proof mascara and it works better then the waterproof ones! it's the greatest thing i discovered and can't be without it.
