I have heard stretching after eating food makes it all go into a dog’s stomach so many people in Pakistan told me this when I was a kid. Sounds so lame now.

Clarify this for me please:

1. You should not drink water after eating watermelon.
2. You should not eat watermelon at night.

Really?

I also hear that if you stretch your arms right after a meal, you can get appendicitis.

Or if you grow a kids hair long, they remain short.

Or drinking cold milk is bad for digestion.
