Fears of Spain/Greece sinks Euro, Dollar goes up market goes down. Looks like it will be bloody May.

DJI touched 10075 today... anyone got in? Today was probably the 'entry' day if market doesn't get so low again which probably it wouldn't. Lets see.

This is a funny "rumor", market was already well below when the "plunge" took place, now today we are hearing that trades of some stocks which deviated by 60% are being cancelled. Looks like hedgies got their way.

I made a few dollars in the plunge, some trades were canceled.
This is where the high frequency quants ran the show. I'm pretty ticked off at the fact that NYSE-Euronext will be using jammers to stop future freefalls. Hardly free market.

seems to be pretty adhoc how they decide to cancel erroneous trades.

Both FTSE and Dow have broken through major resistance level, FTSE is below 5000 and dow has dived below 10,000. Very interesting ot see if they close below these levels.

Meltdown continuing today both FTSE and DOW well below 5000 and 10000 respectively.

What a recovery for today. Dow was down below 9800 and it recovered to close above 10k. While Nasdaq was down close to 2140 and closed at 2210.
long may the meltdown continue...
