well! i was on a really good track when i started at first....i was watching my portion sizes and i cut down on sugars, bakery products, sodas, etc. i was drinking like 2 litres of water a day...was excersing 3 days a week...just treadmill and some excercisez off of you tube.....i was drinking 3 big cups of greentea(best thing ever) after every meal.....all this did the trick for me....i started in Feb ....and by the end of April i had lost almost 5 kgs...more than 10 lbs...which was not so fast....and i didnt want fast weight loss cuz it comes back so quick...which now i know is tru!

BUT! after all of this...i still felt weak...like i could feel my shoulders would get so damn tired when i was studying for my examz... face looked fine....more defined and all....cuz of this weakness i started eating a lil bit more....and within 2 weeks i was feeling a lot better....so from then on...i havent lost any weight but havent gained any either.....

now! lately like for the past month....i am eating pretty much everything...in control...but everyone started telling me that i look dull....its weird....cuz everything was perfectly fine till Aprill...and after all these months i dont look fresh without even losing weight....oh n i m losing a lot of hair too....so m very worried!!! maybe it doenst have to do anything with my weight loss....or maybe it does....i still have 3 more kgs to lose....so i dunno if to go ahead with or not....

I am getting married in Decem...i just dont want to look flushed and pale....

u guys think maybe i need to take vitamins or go see a doc or something?
