That is your opinion. Atleast, he is not corrupt, not a theif, not a thug. He seems to know how to run an economy.

Enlighten me. Is there any proof (like against BB, NS and Zardari?) or just speculation and rumors bfor gullible people to eat up?

While I am sure BB, NS and Zardari are corrupt but have they been convicted yet?

it's the same issue. He's being investigated by FBI on money laundering case in NY ;-)

i thought BB are zardari were convicted in a swiss court in 2003 for money laundering, u have appeals and other escalations after that.

and the rockwood estate akak surrey palace was finally taken out of their hands and auctioned by Govt of Pak

dunno what happened regarding the wanted notice for and zardari by interpol last year.

I would say my favorites would be:
ZAB (all time great) ...
Ahsan Iqbal (from present lot) .. met him many times - brilliant chap

Plus: do u know Ahsan Iqbal and Wasi Zafar are first cousins - i have met together on various occasions .. what a difference!

ZAB though have done some good work but as a whole he is not different then the other clowns we are talking about, like NS has almost done the same ( other than getting hanged)

Comparison of NS and ZAB

ZAB was end product of Ayoub's Marshal Law.
NS was end product of Zia's Marshal Law.

ZAB got defeated in East Pakistan
NS repeated the almost same kind of episode in Kargil

ZAB founded Pakistan's Nuclear Program
NS Got Pakistan in the Atomic Club

ZAB got 90,000 POW back home
NS ( thank God NS never got this opportunity)

ZAB Nationalised the Industries of Pakistan ( as it was the trend in those days)
NS Privatised the same ( as it was the trend in his days)

Both NS and ZAB were keen in the development of the infrastructure and actually we did saw developent in their respective time

Both were sacked by their very own promoted Generals.

i can go on with the list, but the point is, Both NS and ZAB does have something in common, hence calling one clown and leaving other aside won't be JUST.

U might also add that both of them secured 2/3 majority. Does that mean NS is as charismatic as ZAB? Of course it does not. What u counted were events that happened during their tenure. How does that make them a similar person?

And if ur argument was valid, it equates Abraham Lincoln with Mckinley and Hardy](http://ezinearticles.com/?Numerologys-Presidential-Curse---Dont-Get-Elected-in-a-Year-Ending-in-Zero&id=506708)and so on. Worse still, it equates Abraham with Dubya because both were elected in a year that ended on a 0.

I don’t know if ZAB have charismatic personality ( haven’t seen him, i was in my pampers when he got hanged) but his political career seems not to be having any charismatic effect on the history. Do remember that i haven’t mentioned one more “event” ( as u may call them, though EVENTS are result of their actions) that is, almost whole nation stood against ZAB in 1977’s Nizam-e-Mustufa Movement, and if ZIA wouldn’t have taken over, like BB and NS, ZAB might have been lost in the pages of history or sitting abroad calling APCs.

The reason i mentioned those events was to compare him with an average politician, i don’t know if u can come up with any of the event in his era ( other than i have mentioned) which had a long lasting positive effect and was not done before and after him.( cause other may lack that Charismatic personality)
