I wash every single day - I know its bad but I cant help it.

Its not a grease factor - its just a weird mental thing. If I am in the shower, I cannot complete it without washing my hair and I shower every single day.

Me too! The only mornings I don’t wash my hair are if I set/blowdried my hair the night before, then I’ll use a shower cap - otherwise I wash my hair every day.
