Yeah and maybe Vietnam or Zimbabwe were behind it. Use common sense. If an investigation shows Israel or India were behind it that is something else but speculating on them, especially Israel (which doesn't care about Pakistan. Pakistanis need to look at a map), makes no sense. What incentive would they have to risk nuclear war in India's case and nuclear annihilation, since it would only take a a few nukes to do it, in Israel's (assuming Pakistan's missiles can even reach Israel. Western estimates are that Pak's missiles can go 1,000 miles--Israel is 2,000 miles from Pakistan. In that case why would Israel give a darn about Pakistan?).
Again, until an investigation is complete there is no guarantee that India or Israel ARE NOT involved. I am not accusing any country of being involved but I am not taking them off the table either.
Also you forget that Israel does see Pakistan a threat considering the fact that the AQ Khan network has provided Iran with nuclear information and Iran is a heck of a lot closer to Israel. Furthermore, the Israeli-Indian cooperation has been well documented even quite overt when you consider Mumbai situation.
