wht i have read tht he had some red scar all around his neck but his neck didnt seemed broken bc when u hang neck is broken n the person die but bhutto neck was intact

Red scar indicated what? TO me it indicates that he was alive at the time of hanging. Is red scar possible on a dead body, meaning can you scar an already dead body? I am not sure if its medically possible
