-and also the money IT gov have, should be and must be spent in educating ppl in rural areas ( more than 50%). ppl not even has good basic education and IT gov is trying to produce geniuses, how come?
my point to give good primary and seconday level education.

I think arms are a deterrant.. and the arms race is essential to maintain a deterrant.. u can't fight missiles with swords.. so u have to keep building.. sad but true .. we don't live in a perfect world.. we can start being peaceful.. others may not share our ideas.
I agree there needs to be some balance, and since this is about the Muslim world.. none of the 'Muslim' countries are militarily a superpower or even close .. so maybe the money is going elsewhere ..

i often wonder the same things. i agree with some of your arguments.
