Of course there are pictures available. Don't you watch CNN/Fox or even BBC? They are on all their websites as well. The media never misses an opportunity to show Muslim "demons". Now, will you see these images on CNN/Fox or even BBC? Nope.

Good answer, it would do well for more people to respond like you on this thread then the odious repetitious death chants of fundy mentalists who beget bloodshed and are then foaming in anger when retribution is delivered.

The reason many innocent civilians are dead in Lebanon is because Hezbollah hides within the community of innocent folk. Hiding weapons in regular apartment buildings, and in neighborhoods where schools and hospitals are nearby. They hide behind innocent human shields.
I know a family who moved to lebanon couple of years ago and I know they are NO SUPPORTERS OF HEZBOLLAH AND WISH THEM ERRADICATED OFF LEBANESE SOIL as ordered to do so years ago but the Goverment has failed its people in not being aggressive in pursuing their disarmament.
