I am not sure if you are in the states but there are products mainly in Afro-American or Brazilian neighborhoods that lighten dark spots. Although the products are said to cause cancer if used all over and routinely. Also if you are in Pk the sun is the biggest damage causing agent to skin, you might want to use sunscreen a high SPF like 35 whenever you go out.
