Re: Wali Khan Uni Student killed Over Blasphemy Charges
Ok somebody explain me this. How in the world can the university admin issue this, which actually means they are equally responsible for his death. Actually this could have provoked the mob. At first I thought its fake as the date is same as his death’s date but its not.
Re: Wali Khan Uni Student killed Over Blasphemy Charges
i am not trying to be emotional and it is my calculated opinion that it has become increasingly difficult to associate yourself with Pakistan. it is a weird country both conceptually and physically. Conceptually, it is so difficult to explain to anyone especially in today’s multicultural world that we demanded a separate country because we considered ourselves different from another set of people both religiously and culturally. That theory immediately puts you in the bucket of intolerance and ignorance. Anyway, living in today’s intolerant India scares the hell out of me as well, so lets just move on.
the problem is that Pakistan is now becoming physically inhabitable as well to lead a normal life. While every country has its own share of psychos, in Pakistan the state-sponsored religious fanaticism has created hundreds of millions of human beings who may look normal from outside, many are educated as well but from inside they are nothing but intolerant monsters. Literally, monsters who don’t even realize that they are sick and unfit to live in today’s multicultural society. They will feel proud and honorable for insulting, torturing and even killing someone in the name of religion and worst, the society overall patronizes this behavior.
I lost trust in Pakistan and started to feel embarrassed as a Pakistani after educated lawyers welcomed murderer Mumtaz Qadri as a hero and after the majority of Pakistanis insulted and abused Malala when rest of the world was honoring her to end. which nation will do this? it was so obvious that as a nation we have some deep sick problem…

Re: Wali Khan Uni Student killed Over Blasphemy Charges
Very very true… Not only educated lawyers but honorable high court judge as well.
I think if ghalib wud be live in todays world , he wud have been killed on charges of blasphamey…
I hope at least some of the culprits got same punishment in this case . as ppl feel that in case of mob attack they will not be punished.
Re: Wali Khan Uni Student killed Over Blasphemy Charges
The committee members who banned them to be investigated in detail about the proof they had against the 3 students.
On other hand there are some ppl who are putting such plasphamous words on FB ( some time altering other’s comments ) . Y our agencies are not catching them and putting them in jail after fair trial.
This is a very very dangerous situation. Any comp. expert can be used to look ur account as if u r a blasphamour .
Allah ham sub ko mehfooz rakhain and put these shaitan in hell.
Re: Wali Khan Uni Student killed Over Blasphemy Charges
Whilst I wholeheartedly agree with the part in bold, it’s not that hard to explain the concept of Pakistan. In theory the idea was great and IMO necessery but sadly politics etc. have ruined this country. Pakistanis’ twisted and warped ideas of Islam combined with our backwarded cultures has proven to be a toxic combination. Even ‘‘education’’ is not enough to change this.
Re: Wali Khan Uni Student killed Over Blasphemy Charges
You seem uninformed about Pakistan’s past. Of course you can blame politics… Pakistan in the 50s and 60s and even 70s seems like a paradise compared to to the mess it is now.
