If it was a mob then it might be hard to find culprits, but ideally what needs to happen is that such individuals need to get the death penalty.

is not an excuse. Even if means prosecuting 100-150 people then so be it. Each and every individual who landed a single punch on poor Mashal or even just egged on the shooter and other attackers should be arrested and prosecuted to the maximum extent. The culprits can be easily identified from videos like this one

The ring leader Arif (insaf students federation) and others in this video should be arrested and forced to cough up the name of the shooter. No partisanship here please. This was an appalling crime. It is a test case for PTI government/KPK police and our judiciary.
