for a few months i let a less-than-qualified-ex-admin run the smilie shop. various kinds of nonsense was added without any regard to page or GS layouts. When I came back I removed a bunch and instructed Gizzy to remove even more. The max size of a smilie that we will allow is 25x25; with some exceptions. Only I will approve such exceptions.
