Gharo Rest house.. oh boy my memories came to live as well..

back in early 90’s, Njiaat was shot at that place as well … Abbu was on water board project and we went to that rest house for a day picnic…

BABUL…being my first serial with Moammar Rana and Sarwat Gilani it was so wonderful to work with them in barkat Siddiqui’s under-production serial in Karachi yesterday late evening at Khayyaban-e-Mujahid, DHA-V.**

Imran Abbas pairs with Sarwat Gilani (Mere Pas Pas fame) and it was even a bigger pleasure to know that Sarwat comes from the same college as did my three daughters and that Sarwat has known them closely.

Sarwat and Imran are also geared up for Mehreen Jabbar’s forthcoming serial recording in New York from March’09 and also in Momina Duraid’s production in Florida…same time.

Here are some pics–taken during the recording of “BABUL” in Karachi yesterday-15 January’09;

With Agha Sajjad (Sanam Agha’s dad) and Momy.
This was my 2nd meeting with Agha after 2nd Dec-1967
when I did my first ever play at PTV-Karachi produced by Amir Imam
and Agha was in lead with Neelofer (Alim) Abbasi.
