Indeed, I have been on 'vacations' from this wonderful forum and that too without an application!
But I am back now...from today...and INSHA'ALLAH UL AZEEZ... its back to business on infos, quotes, interesting facts and so forth on.
The voice message process takes off with a new dimension from Friday 13 June..and all my nitty grittys follow on...the different threads.
It was good to be in Dubai, Abudhabi, Khorfakkhan and Alain for three hectic nights and four heated days. NO SHOWBIZ...just the personal issues... a local wedding of my UAE National friend's daughter at ALAIN. She was born when I was posted in Abudhabi & Dubai (1984-94) and since Ahmed Alsaeed kept her name at my suggestion...she insisted that I attend the marraige at their invitation.
The most agonizing part of the festitivies were FEASTS... have never seen so many goats and sheeps roasted and filled with KISHMISH, KAJU, AKHROAT etc in my life! plus the sword dance with Ahmed and Najla.
All well otherwise.......and yes, HUMAYUN SAEED visited to apologise for his faux-pause and said he never meant to be disobedient to me. I believed him...and have made bygones..as bygones...though I am very sensitive to anything concerning my personality and style. I tend to be very soft and I hold on it till it's hobson's choice to act!
ALL of you out there---thank you for your concern. My special thanks to those who sent me emails, pm's etc. I value their thoughts and have very high respects for their concern.
There are a few who are on my facebook...and also in touch with me on my hotmail accounts. I respect them all and would continue to play a guiding role as well as an accredited envoy to the pak_showbiz world for this forum
