**Actually…I record my tel.conversation with the TV artiste on my Sony Ericsson mobile phone which saves it as .amr format. Next I download it on my laptop via bluetooth…an when I go to YOUSHARE to make a link…the YOUSHARE doesn’t accept .amr format…while Rapidshare does…?

I can’t say how HHL downloads it as MP3 on YOUSHARE?

Youshare does not recognize AMR format. You need to convert it in order to upload. That takes only a minute or two.

I use this site to convert the file from AMR to MP3 online and use this site to upload it.
