Oh god Ima give some Pakistani examples and my number one voice fetish is for ADNAN SIDDIQUI! call me creepy but I can listen to him talk all day and would still want more. His voice, accent, form of speech is just bow chika wow wow! oh and has anyone heard AZAD from radio Azad in Dallas? He has a dreamy voice too but his way of speaking is kind of wierd but he is blessed with an amazing voice!
Does he not have kind of a lisp? 
I hope one day he learns how to talk. He is good looking and all but poor guy cannot translate his expressions into proper voice ones.
btw, I love that khilkhilati hui, lively, not too shrill not too grave, voices. but dont come across them as much as I would like. sighs.
