This was required with client’ improvisations; in material , color , embroidery work used, straighter sleeves, motifs on arm , excluding side seams work, and the bottom she said she wanted to get stitched herself so I just sent the cloth.
I tried to give in the best I could…

i agree with clothesmad, u'll always get people who wont be happy but i think you've gone out of your way to sort the problem out.
to be honest part of me does become slightly suspicious, when somebodys first post on the forum is one which they are posting a negative review!

I cant believe that you would get this kinda review after how accomodating you have been! Like clothesmad said, cant please everyone.

I agree…I have a couple of outfits that are too short and six months down the road,still waiting for the vendor to send me pattis to make it longer.
You really could not have done anything more…there’s no pleasing some people.So I shouldn’t worry too much about a fly by night..

Thanx to all guppans for being so supportive yaar, really appreciate that.
My client also reverted back to me on call post my response and I'm quite pleased that she was pretty accepting and we discussed all this again and were able to clear out the misunderstandings. I'm quite content that the client has no hard feelings for me now which was quit disturbing otherwise. I' guess I'm glad that the issue got discussed on the forum and maybe somehow that helped in better elaboration.
Anyhow, all seems well at end :)

It can be taken with pants / capris / ijaars as well, that will be 17000pkr
