and in our channel editors use avid sys ... bcz smoke ++++ r too xpensive n very hard to learn ...
where as i think there is not much dif. b/w Windows movie maker & avid ... jus avid got high quality components ...
n yeah Linux got some of the most powerful Softs ... Hav u heard of SGI ( Silicon Graphics) ...
& in Lord of the ring ... n balh blah ... wat do u think where all the people(crowd) came form ????
Sighz get your facts straight yaar :D If windows movie maker is almost the same as avid, why are all the major companies using it?
ANd yes I know SGI, ad again you are forgetting something :D SGI has SPECIAL HARDWARE to work with SPECIAL SOFTWARE :o Ofcourse it will be more powerfull. But its not a fair comparison because I think Shahid doesnt have a render farm or special hardware :D We are talking about software solution that work under windows :D
And I dont think SHahid wants to make a movie like Lord of the Rings :p

its abt info … b4 u used 2 think .. that avid is the best … now i told ya smoke is at the top ..
allmost all video editing soft can b utilize with out hardware … that hardware play imp role while capturing, encoding , decoding … n sometime booost speed ..
how about yousendit.com or megauploads.com etc? I wouldn't put actual pics of people and stuff, other than that this is a public forum, so you should be good.

.. bcz windows movie maker can’t give that speed … n quality … but basic is same … 
That is just like comparing a Ferrarri with a suzuki alto
