Does anyone else have this issue, basically even up to 4 hours after eating I am still bloated and the meal is still swimming around in my stomach, God forbid I drink water I feel awful like a tank.

I have no idea what is wrong with me, I have an underactive thyroid and PCOS so it could be this, but usually I have to sleep to digest my food.

Is there anything I can take for this/ avoid other than water? funnily enough it doesn’t happen with tea.

Empty stomach is the worst, if I drink water or any kind of liquid other than tea I bloat up.

Get yourself checked out asap. Don’t delay.

You need some tests.
