Does anyone have any idea how much it would cost (AVERAGE) for a decent venue for a three night event, minus food (we have already booked a caterer)?

Why don't you email and ask them for quotes?

The rates vary from season to season. If you get married in Jan/Feb/March/April it is a lot cheaper. Rates also depend on # of guests, day of the week & time, month, etc.

I have updated the posts with some prices quotes that I found.

Just from planning my own wedding, you really won't get anything cheaper than 50 per head w/o food that is at a hall in NY. What you can do is have it in Jersey? I heard Hilton Woodbridge is not so bad and nor is the Marriott Bridgewater. Who is your caterer? I know this guy and he did Hilton Woodbridge for like 35 and so.
