Vegetarian dinner menu

@_Namkeen

my mum is a vegetarian and she makes the yummiest appetizers.. u could make **sabudana vada **(tapioca pearls and aloo mixture that is spiced, shaped into a kebab and fried), or aloo tikki chaat, or handvo, or dhokla, maybe veg spring rolls..

for veg salans u could make gobhi mughlai, tarka dal, maybe bhindi masala, palak paneer is always special..

keep the rice simple, just do zeera rice, goes with everything..

for raithas, u have bhindi raitha, carrot raitha, cucumber raitha, etc. my fave is the cucumber with chopped raisins in it. mostar, i’m curious abt louki raitha - recipe pls!

Oh please get me the recipe for sabudana vadas…thanks
