very simple recipe for cooking brinjals.......................................peel and cut the brinjals in small pieces approx 1 kg before peeling. take a med size onion slice it nicely fry in 2 tbls oil now add 2 tsp vinegar and 4 tbls tomato ketchup ,salt and chillie as per ur taste. add the small pieces of brinjals and cook on light heat until tender.now take 300gms of yougurt mix half tsp of garlic paste green chillie,cirrinder,salt and any thing u like in yougurt such as tomatoe or mint ,or zeera or onion ..................first put the brinjal salan in dish and then pour the raita type yougurt on top of brinjal salan garnish it with corrinder and serve immediately
