i think pakistan will bat better....
the sunlight/shadow on the pitch in the last game really did make batting hard....
pakistan was destined to lose early wickets seeing the pitch in half light....
but apart from the stupidity of how inzi/malik thew away their wickets after an excellent comeback and a much 'not needed' runout of razzaq and afridi's usualy stupid big hits, the rest was all fine....
rana and rao showed courage and determination to play out the full quota of overs, and the bowling was excellent....
the fielding (especially catching) is rusty at times....
however some catches were really good....
razzaq taking the catch with one hand and then hafeez holding the catch in the air with arms fully stretced up reminded me of the proteas....

Assignment for Pak batters: Let me devide a fair share for each batter ballwise…50 overs…every batter gets a chance to hit some 27 balls…the max achievement of that amount is 162+ runs…you better hit the 27 balls in the most productive manner or be prepared to head for the pavilion…the max yield of 50 overs is 1800 runs…while the minimum is 0…
Assignment for bowlers: Your target should be somewhere between the boots and groain alongwith the pads…so the batter should feel ufffff and ohhh and ahhhhhh…and the umpire feels that too…
Assignment for fielders: High degree of alertness when the bowler delivers…and inbetween take it easy…
Assignment for the Captain: Always consult bowler to place the field…
Assignment for the Coach: Just shut your mouth and watch the game at this time…

I think Pakistan should bat first. And they must play Afridi and Hafeez both as the Sydney's pitch usually assists spinners. I know hafeez :( lekin majboori hai right now.
If they post 280+ score on board, they can restrict Aussies under lights to 250 easily.
